Equal Employment Opportunity/Non-discrimination

We never use child labor to produce any products. We do not employ anyone under the age of 15 (or 14 where local law allows) or under the age of completion of compulsory education (whichever is greater).
Policy on Hours of Labour
We maintain reasonable working hours for our employees based on the normal working hours and overtime limits stipulated by local laws, or, where local laws do not limit working hours, on a normal work week basis. Overtime will be paid in full according to local laws if necessary; if there is no legally stipulated overtime rate, the overtime rate will be at least equal to the normal hourly wage. Employees are entitled to reasonable rest days (at least one day off every seven days) and paid leave.

Policy on Sensitive Transactions
It is our policy to prohibit employees from entering into sensitive transactions business dealings generally considered to be either illegal, immoral, unethical or to reflect adversely on the integrity of the Company. These transactions usually come in the form of bribes, kickbacks, gifts of significant value or payoffs made to favorably influence some decision affecting a company's business or for the personal gain of an individual.
Policy on Commercial Bribery
We prohibit employees from directly or indirectly accepting any items of value in exchange for their use or consent to use their position to benefit others. Similarly, we prohibit paying any clients commercial bribes, kickbacks, remuneration, or other forms of compensation and benefits. However, exceptions may be made if the payment is reasonable and legal, provided such expenditures are included in an expense report and approved according to standard company procedures.

We strictly adhere to legal requirements, accurately record all transactions and asset disposals, and have established a robust internal accounting control system to ensure the reliability and completeness of our books and records.
